Major Aaron Pollyea (3??? – 31??) was a MechWarrior active during the resistance to the Word of Blake's occupation of New Avalon, and was known to pilot a GHR-7K Grasshopper BattleMech named Gravedigger. Major Pollyea terrorized local Word units in his matte-black Gravedigger, ambushing patrols and leading commando-style raids against "the robes."[1]
