Durant Carlyle was an officer with Colby's Commandos, a small mercenary unit in the late third succession war[2], and father of Grayson Carlyle.

History

When Jonathan Colby was killed on Golandrinas in 2990 Carlyle assumed command of the Commandos which were redubbed Carlyle's Commandos.[3] When the unit was betrayed at Trellwan in 3024 he was killed by a Marauder piloted by the mercenary Lieutenant Vallenedel.[1]

Battlemechs

In 2990 Carlyle piloted a Shadowhawk[2]. By 3019 as commander of Carlyle's Commandos he operated a Phoenix Hawk[1].
