Major General Jack Tallman was the commander of the First Avalon Hussars, with the Federated Suns, from at least 3145 until his death in 3151.[1][2]
History[edit]
Tallman, with the First Avalon Hussars, was based on New Avalon as of 3145.[1] An officer with an eye for talent, he took note of academy graduates within his command who he believed could serve as an example to others, identifying MechWarrior such as Leftenant Dan Meehan.[3]
Ejected from the Davion capital world when it was conquered by the Draconis Combine in 3146, Tallman returned to participate in its liberation under Julian Davion in 3151, only to be killed early in the First Hussars approach to Corean Enterprises during fighting with the Ryuken-hachi.[2]
