Joshua Hoshiko, was the Star League's Minister of Communication during the invention of Hyperpulse Generators.

Biography

Hoshiko was appointed Minister of Communication in 2614 by Nicholas Cameron. In 2615 he tasked a research team, led by Professor Cassie DeBurke with the development of a new faster-than-light communication method. This effort culminated in 2629 with the invention of the Hyperpulse Generator, an event that would change not only his job drastically, but also the day-to-day life of all humanity. [1]
