Nerran McKenna was a Bloodnamed Clan Jade Falcon aerospace fighter pilot during Operation REVIVAL and was central to the McKenna Bloodhouse Incident between Clan Snow Raven and Jade Falcon.[1][2]

History

Clan Jade Falcon took Nerran McKenna as abtakha from Clan Snow Raven after a Trial of Possession for the genetic legacy for Star Commodore Pamela Von Jankmon prior to Operation REVIVAL. Nerran spent two years as a Bondsman before being adopted into the Jade Falcon's Warrior caste. At the time, it was hoped that Nerran's success in Jade Falcon would help bring the Ravens and Falcons closer together.[3][2]

Operation REVIVAL

Prior to the Battle of Tukayyid, Nerran McKenna served in Trinary Echo of the 9th Talon Cluster under Star Colonel Dev Iler in Clan Jade Falcon's Gamma Galaxy.[1]

Nerran was wounded during the fighting on Tukayyid.[1]

McKenna Bloodhouse Incident

Miguel McKenna, the head of McKenna Bloodhouse, died in 3055. A conclave of House McKenna's Bloodnamed warriors was called, and all were required to attend. The only warrior unable to attend was Nerran McKenna, whom the Jade Falcons withheld due mostly to complications related to the vast distances between the Inner Sphere - where he was stationed - to the Kerensky Cluster. Clan Snow Raven accused the Jade Falcons of meddling in Snow Raven internal affairs, and used the incident to break off a major agreement regarding the Jade Falcon use of Raven WarShips. Though the incident would cause friction between the two Clans, it did not grow into an outstanding feud.[2][4]

Aerospace Fighter

Nerran McKenna piloted a Batu aerospace fighter.[1]
