45th Elemental Support Binary
As of 3052, DelVillar was a Star Captain, and the commander of the 3rd Bear Guards' 45th Elemental Support Binary.[2]
Ragnar
DelVillar was responsible for taking Ragnar Magnusson, at the time a warrior of Clan Wolf-in-Exile, as a Bondsman in 3061 or early 3062 during a raid on the Utrecht system by the Exiled Wolves.[3] As of 3085 DelVillar was still in command of the Third Bear Guards.[4]

DelVillar was known to pilot an Executioner-class OmniMech.[3]
