Stepan von Strang was the ruler of the Barony of Strang during Operation REVIVAL.[1][2]

Stephan von Strang was the direct descendant of Gunthar von Strang, an inhuman war criminal of the Rim Worlds Army during the Amaris Civil War. After the dissolution of the Rim Worlds Republic, individuals from the von Strang family would conquer the planet Erin, rename it Von Strang's World and turn it into a one system Periphery Kingdom where the von Strang's would rule. Stephan would be the last ruler of this small empire.[1]
