As of 3068, Vanye Highfield was a Demi-Precentor in the Com Guards. He was a veteran of both Tukayyid and Operation BULLDOG. Highfield was stationed on the Draconis Combine capital of Luthien. He was known at the Kurita court for his wit and charm. Highfield became a close and respected associate of Hohiro Kurita, carrying out 'Mech exercises against the Heir-designate at the controls of his Champion. Highfield was recalled to Tukayyid after the outbreak of the Jihad and believed killed during Case White.[1]
