History[edit]

The Tenth Provisional Garrison Cluster was considered as one of the worst in the Clan,[1] and was stationed on Kaesong from 3054 to 3061.[2][3] In 3067 the unit garrison Thessalonika.[4]

Jihad[edit]

On August 3075, forces from the Ghost Bear Omicron Galaxy took heavy casualties during the liberation of Cebalrai. Cebalrai was defended by the Cebalrai Protectorate Militia and supporting mercenary units, and the swift campaign by the Omicron Galaxy forces had captured the capital city, New Wade, as well as driven the defenders out of the continents of Lennori and Sarrina. The last Blakist holdouts were defending the three major cities on the continent of Dragga when two Clusters from Omicron Galaxy, the Seventh Bear Regulars and the Sixty-ninth Provisional Garrison Cluster, were assaulting the main Blakist strength at the city of Kamrin when the desperate defending forces detonated five nuclear devices, destroying themselves and the two Clusters.[5][6][7]

While Omicron Galaxy paused to regroup the Tenth was deployed to Cebalrai to finish annihilating up the remaining Blakist forces.[5]

Post-Jihad[edit]

In 3079, the Tenth was garrisoning the former Blakist Protectorate world of Zollikofen.[8] During the formation of the Republic of the Sphere the Tenth was one of four Provisional Garrison Clusters to be gifted to the Republic and effectively disbanded during the formation of the Republic Armed Forces. The other Provisional Garrison Clusters to be transferred to the Republic alongside the Tenth were the Thirtieth, Thirty-third and Forty-second.[9]
