TypeDropShip[1]
ClassLeopard[1]

The Ceridwen was the de facto headquarters and only known possession of the company Mountain Wolf BattleMechs company.

History[edit]

By 16 August 2990, the Ceridwen was already Mountain Wolf's headquarters. Once a medium company, the Succession Wars had destroyed or severely damaged their production plants, but their owners, the House O'Leary members, stubbornly had refused to surrender it, and they kept the company alive if only in name. That day, the Ceridwen landed on Hesperus II on a business trip. It carried onboard Mountain Wolf's CEO, Michael O'Leary and his little son, Brandon O'Leary.[1]

On 4 June 2997, the DropShip was on Alpheratz IV, in the Outworlds Alliance, where Michael demonstrated the Night Hawk's capabilities. On 27 December 2999, it carried both O'Learys to Vendrell.[1]

In Janaury 3010 following Michael's death, it was in orbit of the Draconis Combine system New Samarkand carrying Brandon, the company's new CEO, to Alpheratz, where he made a deal key to saving his enterprise.[1]

In 3021, Danny[clarification needed] took the Ceridwen to Solaris VII before returning to the Outworlds Alliance, carrying Do-Hyun Adeoye, Fox, and probably also Brandon.[2]

Crew[edit]

The crew of the Ceridwen weren't only employees of Mountain Wolf but also actionists of the company.[clarification needed] It included Captain Jessup, Chief Technician Kol, and the technician/MechWarrior Cassandra "Scarlet" Fox. Kol and Scarlet designed the new BattleMech which ultimately saved Mountain Wolf: the Merlin.[1]
