Contents
History
The Twenty-first Vanguard Battle Cluster was one of Kindraa Kline's most experienced defensive units,[1] and were deployed to Dagda im 3059.[2] During the Hellion's Fury campaign, they fought the Seventy-eighth Hellion Lancers Cluster on Foster and captured several armored vehicles from the Hellions during the campaign. Although the fighting took its toll on the Cluster as the Twenty-first's commander was killed in the swamps on Foster.[3]
The Cluster was lost fighting Clan Star Adder in 3067, its material was used to rebuilt the heavily damaged 27th Vanguard Battle Cluster and the 42nd Vanguard Battle Cluster.[4]
Officers
In 3059 the Commanding Officer was Star Colonel Thaddeus Bush.[1] During the Hellion's Fury campaign, the Twenty-first was led by Star Colonel Lavender Kline.[5]
Tactics
They were very skilled at making defensive emplacements.[6]
