War of 3039
The unit partipated in the assault of Elidere IV with it sister unit of 10th Ghost, where they both force the surrender of the worlds defenders.[1] The unit returned to its home world of Hachiman.
3050
As of early 3050, a Wolfnet report speculated that the unit was still based on Hachiman. [2]
3056
The Ninth was tricked to attack what they believed was kidnapping Chandrasekhar Kurita's Tanadi Computers. They were attack the Camacho's Caballeros mercenary regiment whom was framed by a rivial company. The Camacho's was successful in defending the compound and causing severe damage to the Ninth, by the time truth came out.[3]
Rescue of the Coordinator and the Unit Destruction
In 3058, the unit was selected part of the Coordinator's birthday celebration. They with their friends of the Camacho's Caballeros, discovered the that Black Dragons infiltrate Coordinator's Otomo were planning turn their weapons against him. The Ninth attacked the traitors whom were piloting Combine's their newly built OmniMechs.
The unit was heavily damaged, its survivors were honored by intergration into the rebuilding Otomo.[4]
