Jeffrey Kusunoki was a Tai-sho from the DCMS and a member of the Black Dragon Society.
Biography
Kusunoki was a hero who had won much honor for the Draconis Combine during the War of 3039 and the Clan campaign. He was immensely popular with the people of the Combine and with the Combine military.[1]
In 3058 he commanded the 15th Dieron Regulars.
Early that year, his unit with its supporting regiments and the 5th Galedon Aerospace, launched an assault on the Federated Commonwealth world of Towne. The invading force, led by the Black Dragon-influenced Jeffrey Kusunoki, with the support of two newly created Yakuza manned regiments (the 1st Spirit of the Dragon). They failed to take the world due to the defensive actions of the mercenary 17th Recon Regiment and local chartered militia forces.[2]
Jeffrey Kusunoki was defeated in 'Mech-to-'Mech combat by a young woman who was not even a trained MechWarrior, and committed seppuku to cleanse his errors.[3]
