The unit was stationed on the world of Al Na'ir with the Eighth Dieron Regulars in 3025.

In early 3058 the unit launched an assault on the Draconis March world of Towne. The invading force, led by the Black Dragon-influenced Jeffrey Kusunoki, failed to take the world due to the defensive actions of the mercenary 17th Recon Regiment.

The 15th Dieron Regulars fought on Ko against the Lyran 1st Skye Jaegers, who attempted to reconquer the planet for the Alliance. The invaders retreated after they suffer heavy loses.

The unit was part of a task force which also included the 10th Ghost and Ryuken-ni. This task force had the mission to punish the Federated Suns invaders and reconquer the planet Addicks for the Combine again. The defending 12th Deneb Light Cavalry and Fighting Urukhai were reinforced through the 12th Vegan Rangers Alpha Regiment from Algol. The campaign lasted several months. The arrival of the Davion Assault Guards changed the tides of the battle to the Federated Suns. The Guards delivered several devastating blows and the task force retreated. Only the general recall of all AFFS troops back to Suns territory saved the Draconian units.
