The Jihad
On the 20th of March 3074 mercenaries employed by the Circinus Federation or their Word of Blake allies launched a heavy raid on Trasjkis, part of a general increase in violence in the ongoing war between the Federation and the Marian Hegemony. Tasjkis was just one of several worlds hit, with the Circinians using the mercenaries to smash major sites of resistance before completing the planetary invasions with their own forces. On Trasjkis the mercenaries fought against forces from IV Legio.[17]
