The Potemkin-class cruiser Armageddon was a WarShip within the Clan Hell's Horses touman.
History[edit]
As of 3059, the CHH Armageddon served alongside two sister vessels of the same class, the CHH Blood Horse and the CHH Steel Shield.[1] The Armageddon would continue to be an active part of the touman throughout the next decade.[2]
Shortly before the outbreak of the Jihad, the Armageddon and the Hell's Horses flagship, the Cameron-class battlecruiser CHH Sleipnir, were responsible for crippling the Clan Goliath Scorpion Potemkin-class CGS Epimetheus during a trial fought over the Tokasha MechWorks and surrounding facilities.[3]
After the Jihad, the Armageddon was one of only five Hell's Horses WarShips confirmed to still be in service in the Inner Sphere.[4]
In 3145, the Armageddon was one of three WarShips available to the Hell's Horses.[5]
In 3151, the Armageddon participated on the first stages of Operation STAMPEDE, attacking the Falcon's world of Shaula. Later it was part of a convoy traveling to Terra, but the IlClan envoy Enzi Kerensky only allowed a Horses' WarShip to go to Terra. The Armageddon was forced to stay on Rigil Kentarus.[6]
