Steven Vincinzo was a member of Cell Four of the New Gibson Freedom League on Gibson as of 3071.[1]
History[edit]
Vincinzo was attempting to film a video about his resistance to the Word of Blake on Gibson, when he was located by Manei Domini Berith and Apollyon, and killed by them as he attempted to resist. A copy of the video was distributed to other resistance cells within HPG range of Gibson after his death.[1]
