The FSS Ward was a Neptune-class submarine Naval Vessel in service to the Federated Suns on Galtor in 3025.[1]
History[edit]
On 18 May 3025, the Ward and her sisterships FSS Scherrer, FSS Compton, FSS Bragg, and FSS Laue were deployed to defend a secret Federated Suns underwater planetary command post in the waters of Derry Bay on Galtor III against Draconis Combine forces. The FSS Ward was able to destroy an enemy Jenner with concentrated torpedo fire.[1] However, the slow Neptune was completely unprepared for the fast Koryu-class submarine, that was able to carry a DEST squad to the command post and destroy it with explosives.[2]
