In 3013 the Ninth Rasalhague Regulars raided Phalan for industrial diamonds used in the manufacture of 'Mech armor. Though they faced the 22nd Skye Rangers the Ninth's raid was successful and the Regulars made off with large amounts of diamonds.[1]
