Early life

Clay was born on Gladius.[3]

Career

Clay served with Hansen's Roughriders before becoming one of the Gray Death Legion's first recruits on Galatea[1]. During the Fourth Succession War on Otho Clay held off a vastly superior force, earning three kills before the battle ended nearly an hour later[3][4].

Clay's final battle was against Clan Jade Falcon during their conquest of Sudeten in September 3050. During the Legion's desperate fighting retreat from that world Clay fell in combat at the controls of his Wolverine while trying to rally his troops for a counterattack.[2]
