Resembling a slightly heavier Victor, the Lu Wei Bing's weapons layout and physical resemblance echoes the 26th Century 'Mech. First produced in 3110, the Lu Wei Bing was produced as a replacement production design after the Confederation lost its Assault 'Mech factories to the Federated Suns during the Victoria War.[3]

It should be noted that the Lu Wei Bing also strongly resembles the MechWarrior Online version of the Victor.[5]
