History

Psi Galaxy was a military formation of Clan Steel Viper. It functioned as a "sink" unit, a place to store "problem" warriors transferred out of other units.[1] The Galaxy was brought forward to the Inner Sphere after 3052 and deployed on Orkney at the tip of the occupation zone.[2]

The Galaxy was not listed in the Touman in 3067 and it appears likely that it was destroyed either during the withdrawal from the Inner Sphere in 3061 or during fighting with the Snow Ravens in 3065 during which the Steel Vipers lost significant amounts of war materials. [3]

The 144th Phalanx and 83rd Fang survived and were transferred to Omega Galaxy. [4]
