History
On Strana Mechty, Kapten Oystein Tannerbaum and part of the Inner Sphere delegation are visiting a marketplace with Star Commander Randall, when a Ghost Bear Elemental tries to challenge Oystein. Randall steps in and does not allow the fight, asking for a Circle of Equals to the elemental. The fight is quick, and though Randall gets a few punches, he makes the Elemental fall into a trap and leave the circle, hence losing the battle.[1]
