By 3062 Zweibel was commanding the AFFC's Department of Military Communications and Research. [1]
As of 3067 in the aftermath of the FedCom Civil War, Zweibel continued to head this department, even as it was folded back into the AFFS. It was revealed he had held that position for "more than 15 years". [2]
