Summary
Marriage of Melissa Steiner and Hanse Davion. Morgan Kell returns from exile to take command of the full regimental-strength Kell Hounds. The secret of ComStar's mech army is exposed to the Kell Hounds, Wolf's Dragoons and Yorinaga Kurita. Capellan Confederation is losing the initial war against Davion. Team Banzai makes a brief apperance.
