Wilhemina Liao was a Capellan Confederation noble of the Capella Liaos.

History

Early Years

Wilhemina was one of the Capella Liaos, granddaughter of Hurtong Liao, and daughter of Jun Liao, famous for his debauchery, being executed publicly for his crimes. Wilhemina studied in Sian University, studying theresociology and political theory for six years, becoming one of the foremost experts in Capellan political theory, serving a term in the House of Scions until 3147.[4]

Tutoring Danai

After New Syrtis' campaign, Danai Liao-Centrella was named Duchess of Castrovia, which, after Wilhemina asked him, pointed her as the Chancellor's Daoshen Liao-Centrella's heir. The 4 November 3148, she met Wilhemina Liao, her cousin of Capella Liaos, announcing her new title and began taughting her the duties of being a member of the Sheng nobility.[5]

A day later, Wilhemina took Danai to visit Sian's Great Dam, as part of her teachings, before departing with her to Liao.[6]

When Fortress Wall fell, Danai led her regiment and others to the Republic world of Hall, facing the defending battalion of the Fourteenth Principes Guards and establishing a nascent Capellan government, with Wilhemina traveling with her to continue teaching her, supporting her and helping her greatly to incorporate Hall to the Confederation, helping her to convince Themba Olatunde, former Knight of the Republic, to help integrate the planet to the Capellans.[7][8]

Physical Description

Wilkhemina was described as lithe without being tall, dressed with clothes edged in crimson and gold, the colors of the court, eyes with almond shape and black hair straight and shining with a high sheen.[11]
