[edit] Description
The Shen Yi was designed by the Capellan Confederation shortly after the Jihad as a heavy support 'Mech with Stealth Armor, phasing out a few older missile support elements in the CCAF within 15 years of it's introduction. The Shen Yi has mostly been assigned to the more elite forces of the Confederation, such as the Warrior Houses.

Carrying the tried and true missile support load out of two FarFire LRM-20, the Shen Yi carries a Firmir MaxiLase Large Laser for close range combat.

A later variant that is intended for more medium range combat swaps out the weapons for a Large Pulse Laser and two MRM-20 racks.
