System Description

Joshua is located near Waitur and Hergazil and was a part of the Baliggora Province within the Outworlds Alliance.[1]

System History

Joshua was colonized at some time during the reign of the Star League after the end of the Reunification War.[2][1][3] Joshua vanished from maps during the Second Succession War,[4][5][6][7] indicating that the system had been abandoned, depopulated or rendered too insignificant to merit further reporting.

Planetary Description

During the time of the Star League, the planet required a solar shade to reduce the amount of light the planet received. This was more than likely part of a DoME terraforming project.[41]

Planetary History

Star League

In 2761, Joshua was attacked by a pirate force of BattleMechs. These raiders took possession of the planet's solar shade controls and held the population hostage. Less than a day later, the 74th Royal Dragoon Regiment of the Star League Defense Force arrived on world via a pirate jump point and took back the solar shade controls.[42]
