Clan Invasion
The unit was considered unremarkable, and because of this fact, the unit was transfered to Qandahar in its self-named Prefecture. It was replaced on its prior assignment on the border of the Smoke Jaguar Occupation Zone by a Ghost Regiment. The unit was used as to cover the under-protected Periphery border. During this time, the unit suffered a drop in morale because of the move and conflicts between the Regiment commander and third Battalion's commanding officer.[1]
When its sister unit, the 7th Pesht Regulars were called to fight in Operation Bulldog in 3059, the unit got a morale boost as it was being divided up and deployed elsewhere to cover the 7th's commitments[2] As of 3067, the unit was reassembled on Land's End for garrison duty here as well as Qandahar.[3]

The Sixth operates well with the support of conventional fighters and VTOL craft. Such machines are often linked into a C3 network with the BattleMechs of the Sixth.[1]
