Seventy-third Striker Cluster | |
Disbanded | pre-3067[1] |
Affiliation | Clan Jade Falcon |
Parent Command | Iota Galaxy |
History[edit]
Destroyed a regiment of the Blue Star Irregulars on Fort Loudon. In 3055, the other two regiments of the Blue Star Irregulars and the Hell's Black Aces attacked the Seventy-Third in retaliation on Quarell, managing to capture the Cluster's Fredasa-class WarShip in the process.[2]
Although the Seventy-Third bloodied the mercenaries, Star Colonel Padrick Shi-Lu accepted a challenge from the Irregulars' leader, and was killed, allowing the mercenaries to leave with the WarShip. [3] This caused the unit to be declared dezgra.
In 3057 the Seventy-third Striker Cluster was stationed on Evciler. There they faced Clan Wolf's Tau Galaxy, fighting alongside the 6th Provisional Assault Garrison Cluster, 9th Garrison Cluster, and the 51st Garrison Cluster.[4]
Formerly a front-line Cluster, the unit was allowed only the Galaxy unit insignia for their disgrace.[5]
The unit is not found on the Jade Falcon TO&E of 3067 or later.[1]
