- Normann Aris was mentioned in Handbook: House Liao as "an executive of Earthwerks" who oversaw the company's development. It is not stated specifically that he was the CEO, but since he was chosen to become the next Chancellor, it's not unreasonable to assume that such recognition came from being in the company's highest position.
- Ezra Marquez was mentioned in Dark Age: 3132-3134 INN as being the "chairman" at a facility ribbon-cutting ceremony on Tikonov. There are other instances of chairman and CEO being used interchangeably with Capellan characters,[7] and as this was Earthwerks Limited's headquarters and the position is implied to be of high status, he is included in the list at this time.
