- Ragnar Magnusson of Clan Ghost Bear, son of Haakon Magnusson and former Elected Prince of the Free Rasalhague Republic who was taken as bondsman of Clan Wolf-in-Exile and in turn, Clan Ghost Bear[1], would be honored by the Dominion Council to create this Bloodname, during the Jihad[2].
