Signa Pegrem was the commanding officer of the Ghost Bear Dominion's Tundra Galaxy as of 3085.[1]

Overste Pegrem, commanding the Free Rasalhague Republic's Second Kavalleri, was stationed on Lothan in 3050.[2] Following the Clan Invasion, Pegrem retained command of the Second Kavalleri and was stationed on Tukayyid by 3054.[3] Commander of the unit since before the Clan Invasion, Pegrem's luck saved her life from Clan Wolf headhunters during the fighting on Lothan. Pegrem claimed to be descended from an ancient clan of ninja and, while it was unproven, this bolstered her troops' trust in her. By 3062, Pegrem continued to command the Second Kavalleri Regiment and was stationed on Karbala.[4]
By 3067, Pegrem remained with the Second Kavalleri on Karbala.[5] After the Jihad and the absorption of Rasalhague into the Ghost Bear Dominion, now-Galaxy Commander Pegrem was given command of Tundra Galaxy and was stationed on Courchevel by 3085.[1]
