Owner History

Planetary History

Settled at some point prior to the end of the Age of War[1] Adherlwin was a member of the Magistracy of Canopus when a Star League Defense Force task force under the command of Captain-General Marion Marik was assigned to conquer the Magistracy of Canopus in 2577. Adherlwin was targetted by the SLDF in 2583 with the 60th Brigade from VII Corps assigned to conquering Adherlwin with the 403rd Independent Regiment in support.[3][22]

Adherlwin was a center for industry and light mining operations, but didn't merit a MAF garrison and was conquered in short order by the SLDF task force, part of a lightning campaign that saw four worlds conquered in two months, completing the encirclement of Canopus. Adherlwin would be occupied by the SLDF for the remainder of the war; once the Reunification War ended, a number of Magistracy worlds were annexed by the Free Worlds League, but Adherlwin remained a part of the Magistracy.[3][4]
