Description

The Crimson Voodoo Stables are an Independent stable known for competing in the Solaran League of Independent Stables, where they compete since 3064.[1]

History

The Crimson Voodoo Stables appeared around the Clan Invasion, it started in the minor dueling circuit in The Reaches. Around 3061 they started petitioning to enter in the Solaran League of Independent Stables, though it took 3 years for them to be accepted. As per 3064, Crimson Voodoo and another three minor stables became the first SLIS additions, representing the first expansion in its lengthy history.

In their first year they have racked an impressive result, and are a top contender and near to get their pass to the play-offs, after forming their team around Clan War veterans and the best jocks from the deathmatch circuits. Unfortunately, three matches prior to the play-offs, their entire team of MechWarriors died in a bombing related allegedly to the issues pre-FedCom Civil War issues in Solaris.[2]

The Stable is known to possess several 'Mechs, build and rebuild in several times.

Facilities

The Stable owns a facility in the middle of Silesia. Starting as Succession Wars era munitions factory, it has been converted and remodeled completely. Now the lower levels are used as 'Mech bays, machine shops and vehicle garages. In the second floor it is located the stable's business offices and conference rooms. The third floor contains a cafeteria, a recreation room and a gym. The last three floors were remodeled as apartments for the Stable's MechWarriors and other personnel.[2]

Tactics and Style

The stable is well known for its lance level combat team the "Crimson Caboritas"[1]

Notes

The Stable is presented in MechWarrior's Guide to Solaris VII and its destiny is partially defined by the actions of the players in the First Impressions adventure.[2]
