The Ctesiphon system is located close to the Salonika and Suda Bay systems and consists of a class M2III primary orbited by at least one planet. The surface colony is three days transit from the jump point.[1]

The Ctesiphon facility was located 3 days from the Jump Point, orbitting a type M2III star, leading to a recharge time of 203 hours.[1] By the time of the Wars of Reaving Ctesiphon had come to be controlled by Clan Diamond Shark - possibly after the Abjuration of the Nova Cats in the 3060s. The Diamond Sharks lost contact with Ctesiphon and two other Deep Periphery facilities, the small colony at Suda Bay and the fleet base and orbital trade post at Attenbrooks, all in the space of a ten-day period in 3072.[2]
