Operation Revival
Units of Gamma Galaxy fought on the following planets during the invasion of the Inner Sphere:
Periphery
Wave One
Wave Two
Wave Three
Wave Four
Wave Five
Tukayyid
...
Refusal War
...
After the Refusal War, Gamma Galaxy was largely rebuilt from warriors taken as isorla in the Harvest Trials. Nearly half the Galaxay's warriors originally came from other Clans. The Galaxy had warriors taken from Clan Coyote, Clan Star Adder, Clan Ice Hellion, Clan Cloud Cobra, Clan Snow Raven and Clan Diamond Shark.[1]
In 3067 Gamma Galaxy was moved from the Wolf/Ghost Bear border and repositioned along the Wolf/Jade Falcon border. This was seen as an insult by Galaxy Commander Carns, who thought the reassignment was due to actions by her lowest-performing Cluster.[2]
Dark Age
Gamma Galaxy was, by this time, one of the most experienced Clan Wolf commands. Despite this, their role in the formation of the Wolf Empire was limited to escorting the Clan's civilians to their new homeworld. They were unable to participate in Operation HAMMERFALL and they only received any accolades for their performance on Arcadia. This was offset by their poor performance on Hollabrun, where the Seventh Battle Cluster was soundly defeated.[3]
Officers
During Operation Revival, Gamma was commanded by Galaxy Commander Mikel Furey.
As of 3059 to 3067 the commanding officer was Galaxy Commander Edwina Carns.[1][4]
In 3145 the commanding officer is Galaxy Commander Elise Ward. Her aide is Star Colonel Tony.[5]
