The Jibbet system was home to at least one habitable world and (as of 3145) was located in the bandit kingdom known as the Rim Territories.[1][2] It was located approximately 526 light-years from Terra in the coreward/anti-spinward direction.[e]

The Jibbet system was located near the Dijonne (Pain) and Finmark systems.[3][4][1][2]
System History[edit]
Originally named Lushun, the Jibbet system was either colonized during the Star League era at some point after the end of the Reunification War or was an already-inhabited system incorporated into the Finmark Province, within the Rim Worlds Republic during this period and was considered significant enough to have its location recorded by Inner Sphere nations.[5][3][4]
Lushun vanished from maps during the Third Succession War, indicating that the system had been abandoned, depopulated, or simply rendered too insignificant to merit further recording.[6][7] Lushun reappeared on maps at some point during the Dark Age with a new name - Jibbet.[8]
