Kindraa Sainze (Clan Fire Mandrill)
Kindraa Sainze was the strongest of the Clan Fire Mandrill's Kindraas for many years.[1] They had a long history of conflict with Kindraa Payne.[2] However, in 3066 they had forgiven most of their ancient enmity.[3]

History
The Kindraa Sainze was founded by a Draconis Combine citizen, and the tradition of seppuku survived for the entire history of the Clan. Any Sainze accepted as a bondsman by another Clan was never accepted back into the Kindraa, and so the captured warrior would commit seppuku to prevent the destruction of their genetic legacy.[1]
Kindraa Sainze was mostly composed of MechWarrior Bloodnames, with the rest split evenly between Elementals and AeroSpace pilots.[1] In 3059 the Kindraa had three front line Clusters and two second line Clusters. In a change from normal Clan practices, freeborns could train as warriors if they could prove they had an acceptable Trueborn warrior within three generations in their lineage (that is, a freeborn who had a trueborn great-grandparent, grandparent, or parent). Rumors suggested that the Sainze scientist caste would occasionally mix in genes from exceptional Sainze freeborn warriors, but nothing was ever proved.[4]
In 3067 a grievance between Kindra Sainze and Kindraa Beyl-Grant exploded. The Sainzes sent three Clusters against Beyl-Grant and inflicted heavy losses. The Sainzes withdrew when Kindraa Faraday-Tanaga and Kindraa Payne joined forces to protect the Beyl-Grants. They then turned their fury on Kindraa Kline, and inflicted so many losses that the Klines had to join Kindraa Mick-Kreese.[3] These operations reduced their size, but they could still put three front line Clusters into the field.[5]
In late 3068 the Kindraa struck out against Clan Hell's Horses enclaves on Kirin and Niles. For the attack on Niles the Kindraa was joined by Kindraa Mick-Kreese-Kline. Both forces gained Safcon and issued a Batchall for the industrial facility of Industriplex Upsilon. This was defended by the Horse's Eta Galaxy who used the complex's heavy defences to good use, only a surprise flanking maneuver breached the Horse's line to take the facility. Two weeks later in January 3069 the Horse's Beta Galaxy counter attacked and in a swift action defeated the defending Fire Mandrills, but not before they removed almost a clusters worth of captured ProtoMechs. The Kindraa's gains were quickly challenged for by other Mandrill Kindraa. The Khan called a council on Shadow to quell the growing hostility and in a surprise move Kindraa Mick-Kreese-Kline agreed to give up all its material gains as a token of good will.[6]
The aftermath of the election of Garret Sainze to ilKhan and his death in the Trial of Refusal to his election saw Kindraa Sainze shattered as a military force by March 3071. The newly elected Khan, Amanda Carrol, authorised Kindraa Mick-Kreese-Kline to absorb the remnants of Kidraa Sainze. She saw the Mandrills would need to unit as further challenge would as a result of Garret Sainze's death.[7]
These challenges came quickly and by January 3072 Kindraa Mick-Kline-Kreese-Sainze had ceased to exist.
Officers
As of 3059 the commanding officer was Kindraa Leader saKhan Garret Sainze.[4] He was promoted to Khan in 3067[8] a position he held until his death in 3071.[7]
