Overview

Turtle Bay is a world located near the Periphery border with the Draconis Combine. Turtle Bay is infamous for the Clan Smoke Jaguar civilian massacre which occurred through the orbital bombardment of the capital city Edo, an act which killed over 1 million civilians. The bombardment came after yakuza operatives freed the captive Hohiro Kurita from the Kurushiiyama Prison, and smuggled Hohiro off-world, using a successful guerilla campaign fought in the streets of Edo as a diversion.
