The Omega Provisional Galaxy, is a Wolf Empire military formation formed in 3151 by the survivors of Clan Wolf-in-Exile at the start of the ilClan Era as a result of Operation Reunion.

Operation Reunion[edit]
Operation Reunion, rooted in the fall of Arc-Royal to the Jade Falcons in 3146, aimed to reintegrate Clan Wolf-in-Exile into the broader Clan Wolf. Alaric Ward, eyeing them as potential shock troops for the Terra campaign, extended an olive branch despite their Abjured status. Although Khan Miriam Shaw initially declined the offer, the possibility to protect Terra from Malvina Hazen inspired many Exiled Wolves to reconsider and reestablish communication between the two Wolf Clans.
