Star Captain Ramon Showers was the commander of Supernova Striker, Third Jaguar Cavaliers Cluster of Clan Smoke Jaguar, from at least 3052 to 3059.[1][2]

Hyner[edit]
Showers served with the Third Jaguar Cavaliers on Hyner, from at least 3058, at which time he was considered to be hostile to his fellow Jaguar Trent.[3]
Maldonado[edit]
In April 3058, Showers's Trinary was one of the Third Jaguar Cavaliers units which participated in a raid on Maldonado. During this raid, under orders from Star Colonel Paul Moon, the Third Jaguar Cavaliers attempted to ensure Trent was allowed to be killed by the defending Draconis Combine forces. Trent however survived the conspiracy and was able to defect during the raid to the Inner Sphere with details of the Exodus Road route to the Clan Homeworlds.[3]
Operation Bulldog[edit]
Showers was still stationed on Hyner when it was attacked in May 3059 by the forces of the Second Star League in the first wave of Operation BULLDOG, including the Second Sword of Light. Showers issued a batchall to Tai-i Shigeru Hirotsu, who accepted an offer of Clan-style honor duels against Star Captain Hashka Komolosi's Second Trinary Battle, as part of the battle of Kelian Woods. This almost resulted in the Jaguars being able to secure a victory, before Tai-i Hirotsu broke his bid to bring in reinforcements.[2]

A Star Commander Rajesh, who had twice been reduced in rank from Star Captain, had a penchant for creatively interpreting his orders. Showers's response was to levy double punishment on Rajesh's entire Star for his transgressions, and to order all Trials of Grievance within his Supernova to be resolved unaugmented and without lethal force.[4]
