The York was based on extensive refits of six Riga-class frigates Kerensky managed to take with his fleet for Exodus. Eventually these led to the construction of new warships maintained mainly by Clan Nova Cat, who was the only Clan who used them during the invasion of the Inner Sphere, but also Clan Ghost Bear and Clan Smoke Jaguar.[1]
Armament
Unlike many other ships the York-class has extensive anti-fighter weaponry, featuring 24 Small Lasers as well as ER Lasers and AC/10s for better long-range protection.The York however also has an impressive array of Naval weapons and great armor.[1]
Cargo
York cargo capacity is devoted to 50 fighters in 2 bays and additional 3 support crafts in third bay, being up to 67 167 tons of cargo including two additional dropships that can be carried on two landing zones in front section of the ship.[1]

- CBS Stooping Kite - The Vessel is assigned to the Blood Spirit Naval Reserve.[2]
- Clan Cloud Cobra
- CCV Brimstone - This Vessel is assigned to Alpha Naval Reserve of Clan Cloud Cobra.[3]
- CCV The Protector - This Clan Cloud Cobra Vessel is also to the Alpha Naval Reserve assigned.[3]
- CCV Nebolous - The Vessel is directly assigned to Alpha Galaxy (Clan Cloud Cobra).[3]
- Clan Coyote
- CCY Broken Sea - The newest Clan Warship that was completed in 3067, this ship was one of the rare Clan Warships that was not produced by the Snow Ravens. Assigned to the Clan Coyote Naval Reserve.
- Clan Ghost Bear
- CGB Ursa Minor - This Vessel is assigned to Clan Ghost Bear's Naval Reserve.[4]
- Clan Ice Hellion
- CIH Pack Leader - This Vessel is assigned to Clan Ice Hellion's Touman.[5]
