Planetary History[edit]

ilClan Era[edit]

In late 3151, when it became clear to the Free Worlds League that the Wolf Empire was nearly defenseless, the LCCC ordered an exploratory attack on Tongatapu. Task Force Accord was assembled and dispatched to the world with three objectives: to reclaim the Technicron Manufacturing facility, secure Tongatapu itself as a staging point for deeper incursions into the Empire, and conduct an operation in which forces from the recently subdued Regulan Fiefs would fight alongside other League units. Task Force Accord, consisting of a Regulan Hussars and a Free Worlds Guards regiment, landed on Tongatapu in late February 3152 and within a month had shattered the Wolf garrison, driving its remnants offworld and reclaiming Tongatapu for the League.[36]

Military Deployment[edit]

Geography[edit]

Tongatapu is a brutally cold planet that still manages to feed and support the population on the three inhabited planets in the system. The minerals mined here are used in the relatively small domestic industries.[1]
