History

In the mid to late 3050s the Eighteenth Assault Cluster garrisoned the Zuni 'Mech Production Complex on Foster and was chosen to test the developing Savage Coyote OmniMech. It retained many of these 'Mechs when the design finally went into production in 3059. Between 3061 to 3067 the Cluster continued to garrison the Zuni 'Mech Production Complex.[1][2]

The Eighteenth Assault Cluster was destroyed on Niles in id 3073 by a combined force from Clan Blood Spirit, Clan Hell's Horses and Clan Fire Mandrill. They were besieged in a complex of BattleMech and Battle Armor factories. There once success was a night time sortie against the Blood Spirit's Alpha Galaxy that killed Galaxy Commander Jon Church.[3]
