Planetary History
Here was a part of the Apollo Province of the Rim Worlds Republic and was conquered by the Lyran Commonwealth during the 2773-2775 Republic-Commonwealth war.[1]
Clan Invasion of 3050
In March 3050, elements of Clan Jade Falcon's Turkina Keshik and 3rd Falcon Talon Cluster invaded Here. The planet was defended by the Federated Commonwealth's 8th Arcturan Guards RCT and the Here Militia. Despite the FedCom forces outnumbering the invading Falcons, the Clan warriors used their skills to effect in the city fighting in Cameron City and rolled over the RCT. Falling back out of the city, the FedCom survivors make a hasty last stand in the capital city of Struggle, where during the brutal fighting the 8th Arcturan's lost their commanding officer and retreated from the planet. The militia survivors used their knowledge of the planetary catacombs to begin their own guerrilla campaign against occupiers.[2]
