It catches me out when people change title/post though - Herb's no longer Lead Developer, for example, although I keep forgetting that. One problem I have found that isn't obvious is that some URLs don't work well with the quote code. It's usually best to use the URL for a message within a thread, rather than for the thread - thread title URLs seem to break the quote code.
