Owner History

Planetary Info

Barras has long been a free port of call between the Capellan Confederation and the Free Worlds League. As such, the world is thick with Maskirovka and SAFE operatives. Barras is also used by intelligence operatives from other services as a launch point for operations against the Confederation or the League.[1]

Though the intelligence community uses Barras extensively, its economy is actually based on trade between the Free Worlds League and the Confederation.[1]
