Planetary Info

Savinsville is best known for the behavior of its satellites. Every thirty three years Schlera, Iris and Pupil (the moons) line up in the sky in such a way that they resemble a human eye. Luthien Armor Works built a factory on this world, which led to the population expanding quickly.[1]

Planetary History

Clan Invasion

Savinsville was conquered by Clan Smoke Jaguar in June 3050 during the Third Wave of Operation Revival. Initially the Smoke Jaguars believed the planet to be defended by Rolling Thunder, a famous mercenary company reported on by Wolf's Dragoons, and so saKhan Sarah Weaver herself personally led the Shroud Keshik in the attack. Much to her disappointment the "Rolling Thunder" they found, a single 'Mech lance and two infantry companies, was a two-bit unit which was simply using the same name. Within minutes of the Shroud Keshik's landing they engaged the mercenaries at Blue Ridge Valley and completely routed them.[12]

Operation Bulldog

Savinsville was invaded in the fourth wave of Operation Bulldog by the Fourth Wolf Guards Cluster, ComGuards 79th Divison, and the 6th Lyran Guards. The defending Third Garrison Cluster only fought long enough to satisfy their honor before accepting Trials of Possession and were taken captive by the 4th Wolf Guards.[13]
