The Sixth Lyran Guards were assigned the prototype FCS Claymore in early 3054, testing the new vessel during combat raids in the same year. [1]

In 3025 the Commanding Officer was Leutnant-General Daniel Voss-Steiner.
In 3062 the Commanding Officer was Leutnant-General Seth Alpert, one of the few infantry officers to command an RCT, and a former member of Loki.
